Luna was living in a shelter, managed by volunteers, along with other dogs from which she was severely attacked.
She was taken to the Dog’s Town facility and on the same day as the first visit, she underwent surgery to remove the necrotic tissue that had formed, to prevent the spread of gangrene and infections leading to septicemia.
Following the surgery, areas without muscle and skin tissue developed, making surgical suturing impossible. For the first few days, antibiotics were administered along with the use of a cream based on hyaluronic acid. As soon as we met the informant and learned about the Aloeplus line, we immediately started using Dermo Spray twice a day on the wound and Aloeplus Syrup orally.
The dog regained vitality and appetite in less than 48 hours, and after 30 days the wounds were well vascularized, with strong cell proliferation, pink color, and well-defined edges. On the 40th day, we observed complete closure of the areas and full recovery of the little dog.
