Detailed Report

The dog identified with microchip 380260010****** was found stray after being attacked by other animals and was taken to the Dog’s Town facility where, during the clinical examination, a bite wound was found on the right front limb, humeral area, with skin laceration and bleeding. After disinfecting the wound, it was noted that the area was too large to be surgically sutured. For this reason, treatment with Aloeplus Dermo Spray was started, one application every 12 hours for 30 days to promote healing. To prevent secondary infections, the antibiotic Repen was used, 0.6 ml per day subcutaneously, for 8 days. On the fifteenth day of therapy, the wound appeared vascularized and healing. On the 30th day, complete closure of the wound was observed.
